Payments & payouts
Customers pay online when they order, your earnings build up as your Consolidated Earnings, and they're settled to your bank account. You manage all of this from Transactions. Tabeet is free to use.
Your Consolidated Earnings
Open Transactions. The balance card shows your Consolidated Earnings — the total collected from orders — in Naira (₦), with an up/down arrow showing growth against the previous period.
- Use the date range at the top (e.g. Today, This month) to change the period.
- Use the location dropdown on the balance card to see earnings for one location or All.
Add a withdrawal (bank) method
This is the bank account your earnings are paid out to.
- Go to Transactions.
- Under Withdrawal methods, click Add Withdrawal Method. (If you have none yet, you'll see "No withdrawal method. Click the button below to add one.")
- Enter your Account Number — your 10-digit NUBAN.
- In Bank, use Select/Search Bank to choose your bank. (This stays locked until you've entered a 10-digit account number — if you tap it too early you'll see "Please enter an account number first".)
- Your Account Name is looked up and filled in automatically — check that it matches. Country (Nigeria) and Currency (NGN – Nigerian Naira) are set for you.
- Save.
Set your preferred withdrawal method
If you've added more than one account, pick which one gets paid out to by default.
- Under Withdrawal methods, open the account's actions menu (⋯).
- Click Mark as preferred and confirm ("Are you sure you want to mark this as your preferred withdrawal method?").
The chosen account shows a Preferred tag.
Delete a withdrawal method
- Open the account's actions menu (⋯) under Withdrawal methods.
- Click Delete and confirm ("Are you sure you want to delete this withdrawal method?").
Getting paid out
You don't request payouts manually — your earnings are settled to your preferred withdrawal method. Each payout appears as a Withdrawal entry in your transactions list, so you can always see what has been paid out and when.
Make sure you've added a withdrawal method and completed KYC (see "Verify your business (KYC)" in Getting started), as both are needed to get paid.
Read your transactions
The "See all your transactions" table lists every money movement — money in from customer orders and Withdrawal payouts to your bank — each with its amount, location and date & time.
- Filter by the date range at the top of the page.
- Filter by location.
Refunds and cancellations
Tabeet is a platform, not the seller, so refunds follow your own refund policy. If you reject or cancel an order, handle any refund with the customer; refunds show as a Refund entry in your transactions. Set out a clear refund policy so customers know what to expect.
